My goal is to make yoga and pilates accessible to everyone and help you spark the magic that is within you. I want you to realize that no matter where you are and what youâre going through yoga can help you in the most positive way just like it did to me. I went to India and got certified in Ashtanga Yoga with Kamel Ji and Hatha Yoga with Dr Das. I completed a Rocket Yoga TT with Mariana Cisneros in Bacalar. I also teach Vinyasa, Yin, Meditation, Aerial Yoga, Yoga Wheel and Pilates. Certified Health Coach and Reiki Master.
