Vinyasa Flow

Perfect combination of strength, balance and flexibility, while connecting movement with breath. Variations & modifications are offered throughout the class to support students who are newer to yoga.

Yin Yoga

Slow-paced, passive type of yoga that incorporates long hold stretches. Created to target myofascial tissues of the body (ligaments, joints, and bones). Yin yoga allows you to focus on your breath, being in the present, relieving tension, and letting go. Yin yoga is an excellent practice for beginners. Those recovering from injury or looking to improve flexibility and range of motion. End class feeling free of stress.

Pilates

Strengthen, sculpt, tone and improve postural alignment and flexibility. Challenge the core muscles with each movement. Expect to sweat and have fun. End class feeling strong and confident.

Hi, I'm Andrea!

My goal is to make yoga and pilates accessible to everyone and help you spark the magic that is within you. I want you to realize that no matter where you are and what you’re going through yoga can help you in the most positive way just like it did to me. I went to India and got certified in Ashtanga Yoga with Kamel Ji and Hatha Yoga with Dr Das. I completed a Rocket Yoga TT with Mariana Cisneros in Bacalar. I also teach Vinyasa, Yin, Meditation, Aerial Yoga, Yoga Wheel and Pilates. Certified Health Coach and Reiki Master.

I truly believe that with a consistent practice you can live a healthy, peaceful and happy life. I offer a variety of yoga and Pilates classes from beginners to advanced. Let me help you along the way! I’d love for you to join me for a live class, on demand or a workshop.
